SendFox just got better: Global variables, win-back signups, smarter automations & more ✨

SendFox Updates: New Features & Improvements A fresh batch of improvements has landed in SendFox — with easier ways to reuse content, move your audience over, and manage automation subscribers. Here's what's new. Stop repeating yourself: Introducing Global Variables 🔁 Global variables let you save a date, link, or price once and reuse it across your emails and automations. Create a variable such as , then insert it from the Personalization menu or by typing / in the editor. Link values automatically become clickable links. When you update a variable, its new value carries through to every upcoming send — including previews — so one small change can update all the right places. Create a global variable → Allow Contacts to Resubscribe through Forms ✅ When someone who previously unsubscribed signs up through one of your forms again, SendFox now resubscribes them automatically. Their new signup is treated as renewed consent, so you no longer need to bring them back manually from the contacts list. Just send them to one of your forms and let them sign up again. Try it with your forms → Add Automation Contacts by Tag or Individually 🧩 Adding contacts to an automation is now more intuitive — and you're no longer limited to just lists. From the automation builder, add people by list, by tag, or one at a time. Open an automation, choose how you want to add contacts, and select the people who should enter the workflow. Add contacts to an automation → Move Your Subscribers from Kit 📥 Moving over from Kit? Connect your Kit account and import your subscribers straight into a SendFox list. Import everyone at once, or choose only the subscribers who have a particular Kit tag. Open the contact import area, connect Kit, choose the destination list, and select the full audience or a specific tag. Try importing from Kit → A Few More Things We've Been Up To 🛠️ Users can buy Pro directly — You can now upgrade directly to Pro, no need to purchase a lifetime deal first. Get it now! Handy editor shortcuts — Select text and press Cmd+K to add a link. The link field also accepts bare domains, so you can paste a domain without adding the protocol first. Resend to non-opens is easier to find — The one-click option to resend an email to people who didn't open it is now more visible in the emails list. Unlimited AI email drafts on Pro — Every Pro plan now includes unlimited AI email drafts. That’s the latest from our little corner of the internet. If you try any of these, hit reply — we read every one. Want the full play-by-play? SendFox Updates: New AI Tools Three new AI helpers just landed in SendFox — so you can turn ideas into polished emails, manage your account by chat, and find a stronger subject line with less effort. Here's what's new. Write Your Next Email with AI ✍️ Start with a link to something you've already posted — an X post, YouTube video, or blog article — or simply describe your idea. Answer a couple of questions, and SendFox drafts the whole email in a voice matched to the campaigns you've already sent. Edit the draft, add your details, and make it yours before sending. Free accounts: 5 drafts to try Lifetime plans: 15 drafts per month Pro plans: Unlimited drafts per month Try the AI Writer → Don't Forget About AI Subject Lines ✨ Our AI subject-line suggester is right there in the campaign composer, ready to help you generate stronger subject lines before you send. The suggestions have been shown to improve open rates by 14%. Try AI subject lines → Meet the SendFox MCP 🤖 The SendFox MCP connects your SendFox account directly to AI assistants like Claude, so you can manage your email work through a plain-English conversation. SendFox updates: Tags, list exclusions, revamped pages, and more

SendFox Updates: New Features & Improvements A fresh batch of updates just landed in SendFox. This one is mostly about making it easier to aim your sends, while giving the parts your audience sees a cleaner finish. Contact tags are here 🏷️ Tag your contacts with colorful labels. Add tags by hand, in bulk, or automatically when someone signs up through a form. Then send to everyone with a tag, or skip a tagged group from any campaign. How it works: Tag contacts one by one Tag contacts in bulk Tag new signups automatically from a form Send an email to everyone with a tag Exclude tagged contacts from a send Tag your contacts → Send to one list, skip another 🚫 You can now exclude lists from a campaign, so you can send to one list while leaving out anyone who's also on another list. How it works: Pick the list you want to send to Choose a list to exclude Send only to contacts who aren't on the skipped list Try it out now → Smart Pages are sharper now ✨ The Smart Page editor got a full refresh. Pick a color theme, including dark backgrounds, choose a modern sans or editorial serif type style, and watch a live desktop and mobile preview update as you type. Your feed page shows up in the preview too. When you publish, your live page updates right away, and sharing your link is still just one click away. Edit your Smart Page → Forms, but better 🧩 Forms just got a serious upgrade. Build them with color themes and templates, then show them as an inline block, popup, slide-in, or sticky bar. You can trigger them by time on page, scroll, or exit intent. The new one-line embed keeps every form you've placed automatically up to date. Your hosted form page now renders your full design, which is handy for a link-in-bio setup, and subscribers see a clear message if a signup doesn't go through. Edit your forms → A few other things... 🔎 The dashboard got a fresh look — a clearer welcome, bigger contact and engagement numbers, an at-a-glance performance scorecard, and a recent contacts panel The Automations area got a fresh look — both the automations list and individual automation pages are cleaner and easier to scan, with clearer stats at a glance Your email footer social icons look more modern — plus we added YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Pinterest Lifetime users who verify a sending domain can switch to single opt-in for form and API sign-ups See them in SendFox → If you've got thoughts on these updates, hit reply — we read every one. Own SendFox for life. $29, one time. You signed up for SendFox to send email without the monthly bill every other tool comes with. The free plan does that. But if you're leaning on SendFox a little harder these days, there's a one-time $29 upgrade that takes the ceiling off, and you never pay again. No subscription. No renewal. Pay once, keep it forever. What $29 unlocks 🔓 The lifetime deal turns SendFox into a tool you can grow into. You keep everything you have today and add the parts of SendFox free users keep asking about: 5,000 contacts instead of 1,000, so you can keep collecting subscribers without hitting a wall Unlimited automations for welcome sequences, drip campaigns, and follow-ups that send while you sleep (free accounts don't get these at all) 300,000 lifetime sends in a one-time pool that doesn't reset every month, so a big launch won't eat a monthly allowance Unlimited smart pages and forms for every project, not just one Full API access to connect SendFox to the rest of your stack (including AI tools like Claude Code) Get the $29 lifetime deal → Why lifetime beats monthly 🐾 Most email tools charge you every month, forever, just to keep your list. A one-time $29 is about what a comparable tool bills for a single month, except you pay it once and you're done. The automations alone usually sit behind a paywall everywhere else. Here you buy them once and they're yours. That's the whole idea behind SendFox: pay a fair price one time, then send. When you outgrow it If your list ever grows past what the lifetime deal covers, Pro starts at $19/mo and scales your contacts and monthly sends from there, with extras like white label and a dedicated sending IP. It's there when you need it, but the $29 deal keeps most people set for a long time. Questions? Just reply 💬 Not sure the lifetime deal fits how you use SendFox? Hit reply and tell me what you're building. I'll point you the right way. Upgrade to lifetime for $29 → ❤️ & 🌮 David and the SendFox team You're receiving this email because you have a SendFox account. If you have any questions or need any help, please reply to this email. SendFox Updates: New Features & Improvements Since the May update, three of the biggest features SendFox has shipped in a while just went live — AI-written subject lines, A/B testing inside your automations, and custom domains for Smart Pages. Here's a look. It's Sumo Day 🌮 Before we share the good news on updates, AppSumo's biggest sale of the season is on right now. Through Thursday, June 11 (noon CT), it's 10% off sitewide — 19% for AppSumo Plus members — across hundreds of lifetime software deals (including the SendFox Lifetime deal). If you've been eyeing a new tool, this is the week. Shop Sumo Day on AppSumo → AI Subject Lines ✨ Out of subject-line ideas? SendFox can write five for you — in your voice. Write your email, click the new "✨ Subject lines" button in the subject row, and SendFox reads your draft (plus your recent sent campaigns, so the tone sounds like you) and hands back five subject + preview-text pairs. Click any one to drop it straight into your campaign. How it works: Write at least a paragraph or two of your email first — the more context, the better the suggestions Click "✨ Subject lines" next to the subject field Get five subject + preview text pairs, each one click-to-apply Not feeling them? Generate a fresh set Available now on Empire and Pro plans. Open the campaign editor → A/B Testing for Automation Emails 🧪 Now you can split-test the emails inside your automations, not just one-off campaigns. Turn any automation email step into a two-variant A/B test, set how much traffic each version gets, and SendFox routes new contacts between them automatically. Open, click, and unsubscribe rates show up per variant right on the step. How it works: Open an automation and pick an email step Convert it to an A/B test and write your second variant Set the traffic split between the two versions Watch per-variant stats roll in, then hit Promote to send everyone the winner Available now on Empire and Pro plans. Build an automation → Smart Pages: Custom Domains and More 🌐 Your Smart Pages can now live on your own domain — plus some editor upgrades for everyone. Connect a domain you own to your primary Smart Page so the page you share matches your brand instead of a sendfox URL. Add your domain in settings, point one DNS record, and SendFox verifies it for you. How it works: Go to Settings → Smart Page Domain Add the domain you want to use Add the CNAME record SendFox gives you at your DNS provider SendFox validates it and starts serving your page on your domain For everyone else: Smart Pages now have a dedicated background color setting separate from your theme accent, and the editor toolbar is fixed so the formatting tools, HTML toggle, and button builder all work as expected. Custom domains are on Empire and Pro plans. The new background color and editor fixes are live for everyone. Edit your Smart Page → Other Updates Cleaner campaign editor — fixed a bug that could show duplicate HTML editors when you were composing a campaign One-click DNS records — copy your sender-domain DNS values with a single click, and a SendGrid edge-case crash on that page is fixed Subscriber referrals fixed — the Delete and Add Prize buttons work again, and duplicate rows after navigating no longer appear Dismissible upgrade prompt — free users can now close the upgrade banner instead of having it stick around Domain settings no longer error out — verifying a sender domain won't fail if SendGrid has dropped the underlying record More reliable sending — campaign send batches now retry automatically through transient database lock timeouts Faster open and click tracking — campaign engagement records through a background queue, keeping the app responsive under load Performance improvements — lighter processing on campaign counter updates and an upgrade to React 17 under the hood If any of the above doesn't work the way you expect — or you want to tell us what should ship next — hit reply. We read every one. ❤️ & 🌮 David and the SendFox team You're receiving this email because you have a SendFox account. If you have any questions or need any help, please reply to this email.
