SendFox Updates: New Features & Improvements
A lot has shipped in SendFox since the last update — including the editor sprint a bunch of you asked for in the survey. Here's what's new.
A Real Template Library + Saved Sections 📚

Build a section once, drop it into any email. Save your standard intro, footer, product callout, or anything else as a reusable section, then insert it into a new campaign with one click. Your account also gets a Template Library so you can start a new campaign from a real template instead of cloning an old email and editing around the leftovers.
How it works:
- Open the new Library tab in the dashboard
- Save any block from the campaign editor as a Section, or start a new Template from scratch
- When composing, hit "Insert section" or "Start from template" to drop one in
- Edits to a saved section don't change past sends — only the next time you insert it
This is the biggest editor improvement we've shipped in a while, and it directly addresses the #1 ask in the April survey.
(We're also working on an even BIGGER editor update, so we'll share more soon. 👀)
Available now for all users.

Per-List Confirmation Emails 📧

Each list can now send its own confirmation email instead of every list sharing one account-wide template. If you run a podcast list, a course list, and a launch list, each one can have its own welcome wording.
How it works:
- Open any list → Settings → Confirmation email
- Pick an existing campaign as the per-list confirmation, or leave blank to fall back to the account default
- Per-list redirect URL has already been list-specific since March — this completes the pair
A handful of you flagged the single-template limitation as a reason to look elsewhere. That gap is closed.
Available now for all users.

Settings, Redesigned ⚙️

The settings area now has a grouped sidebar instead of one long page of mixed sections. Account, Branding, Sending, Contacts, Integrations, Billing, and Team each get their own area, and the Profile and Paid Newsletter pages got a deeper cleanup so the field grouping actually reads top-to-bottom.
The goal: spend less time hunting for the toggle you need.

Tucked-Away Tools You Already Have 🔍
You're paying for a few features that are already in your account — they just aren't easy to find.
We're working on improving how they're shown, but in the meantime, here are five worth a click before you build a workaround somewhere else.
- Bulk-delete contacts — pick rows on the contacts page, then choose Delete. Open contacts
- Search contacts by name, tag, or list — advanced search filters by all of the above. Try it
- Use your own domain on signup forms — Empire users can host forms on forms.yourdomain.com. Set up custom domains
- Send to engaged subscribers only — every campaign has a per-send toggle to filter out anyone who hasn't opened or clicked in the last 90 days. Compose a campaign
- Customize the GDPR consent text on your forms — fully editable, in 12 languages. Edit your forms
Already there for everyone.
Other Updates
- Contact activity timeline — open any contact and see every campaign send, open, click, and list change in one chronological feed
- In-app feedback page — a new page in your account for sending us feedback or reporting bugs without leaving SendFox
- In-app "What's New" banner — your dashboard now surfaces the latest changelog entry so you don't have to wait for these emails
- Empire pricing copy refresh — clearer framing on the pricing page about what Empire actually unlocks
- preview_text on the public Campaign API — set the inbox preview line via API when creating campaigns programmatically
- Campaign editor + send fixes — Send Test Email no longer chokes on URLs containing &; emails save reliably during navigation; the editor opens noticeably faster on accounts with large lists
- Email addresses render correctly after navigation — fixed the bug where contact emails showed as "[email protected]" after moving between pages
- Unsubscribe + RSS reliability — the unsubscribe success page renders properly again, and RSS-driven emails using table-based content no longer come through blank
- Accurate subscriber counts on bulk remove — list and tag counts stay accurate when you remove contacts in bulk
- See which campaign someone unsubscribed from — the contact view now shows the originating campaign for each unsubscribe
- Performance and backend improvements — lighter list-counting queries, faster campaign editor load, and cleaner JSON logging behind the scenes
- Reliability and security improvements — CSRF tokens stay fresh across navigation, and approval gates on campaigns are enforced at send time
