SendFox Updates: New Features & Improvements
Since our March update, a fresh round of improvements has landed in SendFox. Here's what's new.

Massive New Speed Fixes ⚡
We optimized SendFox recently so it's faster than ever.
There are a few exciting improvements:
- Faster navigation across the app - Moving between pages in SendFox now feels noticeably snappier after an upgrade to SPA-style navigation
- Performance improvements - Added database indexes and view caching to speed up contact lists and chart loading
- Reliability improvements - Smoother handling of approval-gated automation notifications, deleted automation items, and a few small calculation bugs

Customizable GDPR Consent Text ✅
You can now edit the GDPR consent copy shown on your forms and Smart Pages instead of relying on the default language.
How it works:
- Turn on "Require GDPR Consent" in the Form Builder or Smart Page editor
- A new "Consent text" field appears, pre-filled with the default text in your account language (12 locales supported)
- Accept the default or rewrite it to match your legal requirements
- Customized text renders on the public form and in embed code automatically
Useful if you need specific wording for your jurisdiction or want the consent to sound more like you.

Export Unsubscribe Lists to CSV 📤
The unsubscribe recipient page now has an Export CSV button, matching the behavior you already had for bounces.
What you can do:
- Open any campaign's recipients page
- Switch to the Unsubscribes tab
- Click Export CSV to download the full list
Handy for reconciling unsubscribes with an external CRM, reporting to a client, or feeding into a suppression workflow elsewhere.

A New What's New Page 📰
SendFox now has a public What's New page where you can follow product updates without waiting for an email from us.
Where to find it:
- Linked in the footer on every page
- In the burger dropdown menu
- In the mobile navigation
- Or visit sendfox.com/changelog directly
New entries get added as changes ship, so you can check in whenever you want a recap.

Other Updates
- Remove contacts from all lists at once - The bulk actions we added in March now include a "Remove from all lists" option, so you can clean up a contact's list memberships in one move
- Default thank-you page for embedded forms - Embedded forms without a custom thank-you URL now fall back to a cleaner SendFox-hosted confirmation page
- "Send to engaged only" now defaults off - New campaigns start with the engaged-only filter unchecked so you don't accidentally send to a smaller audience
- Cleaner campaign editor output - Fixed stray empty paragraphs that were being inserted before horizontal rules in the Quill editor
- Cloning campaigns no longer creates duplicates - Fixed an issue where cloning an email could create multiple copies of the same campaign
- Automations resume on resubscribe - When a contact resubscribes, any automations they were enrolled in before unsubscribing now pick back up correctly
- Podcast and YouTube feeds on paid landing pages - Fixed the /feed route for paid landing pages so podcast and YouTube feeds render again
- Accurate list subscriber counts - Subscriber counts now refresh correctly after CSV imports and in a few other list-membership edge cases
- Link-limit checks on all campaigns - The max-links-per-email check now runs on plain-text and markdown campaigns, not just HTML
- Security improvements - Hardened API responses and internal anti-phishing handling
